3. Slowly add wet ingredients and pour in a cheesecake pan. Bake 30 minutes. 4. Stir in berries and bake 10-15 minutes. Top with mint and ice cream.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes, or until done. Cool and cut into squares.
